Course: Data Structures and Algorithms

Course Credits: 3 units

Prerequisites:

• Discrete Structures (Discrete Mathematics)
• Advanced Programming
• Programming with C and familiarity with C++

Course Overview:

This course introduces the concept of data, data structures and its relation to algorithms and programs. Next, It introduces the basic and fundamental data structures, when and how to use them and evaluates them and also ways of implementation in a programming language (C++). One of the main purposes of the course is to improve the ability of practical data-oriented programming skills of students.
